Client Happiness Assistant
What will I be doing?
Working within our Client Happiness team, you will play a vital role helping to ensure that our clients receive prompt and helpful replies to their help requests. You'll be using a combination of email and phone to assist clients - and you'll love this role if you get a kick out of helping people. Because our clients are so wonderfully diverse, this is a variety packed role.

Where will I be based?
We offer flexible working. You'll spend one day per week with your colleagues in our stunning Edgbaston office but can work wherever you prefer (home or office) for the remainder of the week.
What days will I work?
We work Monday to Friday - no weekends.
